Returns & Refunds
All the purchases at lolawantslola.com are regulated on Portuguese legislation.
All returns must be made within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in the same condition it was dispatched (without use, washing or odors), and including label and package.
Lola Wants. reserves the right to reject returns with items that appear to be changed, washed or damaged due to bad usage.
Lola Wants is not responsible for bad usage or incorrect washing of the items. We suggest reading of section “Lingerie Care”.
We also suggest reading of sections “Size Guide” or “Fitting & Care” before purchasing.
“Sale” items cannot be returned.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Order Date
- Order Number
- Item reference
- We will send you a return confirmation code.
- Fill the Return Form sent with your order.
- Pack the order like received and seal it.
Returns will only be followed up after receiving and quality control. If the item is not approved at quality control, it will be shipped to you and shipment taxes will be charged.
We guarantee a confirmation in 2 days after receiving.
Refund will be made through the same payment method. In case of Bank Reference payments, refund will be made through bank transfer to your IBAN.
Refund will be made within 2 weeks after item receiving.
Please notice that refunds made through credit cards may take longer (up to 14 working days) due to your particular bank conditions.
